Is the motor overloaded: After one of the power cord is unplugged, connect one end of the meter to one pin of the power CONNECTOR of the driver, and connect the other end to the other pin of the power socket, so that the current value required to be consumed under the current load can be measured at this stage, and then use this current value to compare the current/torque comparison table of the motor. In this way, we can know that the current load condition of the pump motor is normal or whether there is an overload situation.


The coil leads of the micro motor have 3, and the Hall leads have 5, and these 8 wires need to correspond to the corresponding leads of the controller one by one, otherwise the motor can not rotate normally. In general, the 60 degree and 120 degree phase Angle of the micro motor, need to be driven by the corresponding 60 degree and 120 degree phase Angle of the brushless controller, the two phase Angle of the controller can not be directly interchangeable. The correct wiring of the 8 wires connected to the controller of the 60 degree phase Angle of the micro motor has two kinds, one is forward and the other is reverse.
