During the oil change process, the interior of the reducer motor should be cleaned before injecting new oil. During use, if the oil temperature is found to be too high (above 80 ℃) and there is abnormal noise, it should be immediately stopped and the cause checked. Only after troubleshooting or replacing the lubricating oil can it continue to be used. If it is cold, such as below -10 ℃, it is necessary to consider the impact of environmental temperature on the reducer motor during selection. Configuration such as an electric heater can be considered, which is very important for the lubrication and maintenance of the reducer motor. Regularly observe the oil level trend, noise and vibration to see if there are any abnormalities.
