2, to regularly clean the installation environment of the DC brushless motor, there are damaged parts around the need to be replaced in time, so as not to cause greater impact on the DC brushless motor.

3, when you need to check the performance state of the DC brushless motor, do not rush to disassemble it, but first carry out a trial run, collect data through the load experiment to understand the situation, so as to obtain the temperature, sound, vibration and so on.

4. Cut off the power when you do not use the brushless DC motor, ensure that the brushless DC motor is shut down, and store it in a cool and dry place without direct sunlight.

5. The spindle device connected with the DC brushless motor needs to be lubricated regularly to ensure that the operation of the spindle will not cause serious damage to the DC brushless motor.
